Review: Die to Live Again by David Crane

David Crane is Die To Live Again, he introduces us to Tanya Gray. Tanya had plans with her family to spend the weekend at their family cabin then the bombs hit and the last words she hears of her father over the phone when he tells her to survive. The journey of survival takes Tanya from the hills of California to the Aftermath of Nuclear Winter. Upon her journey, she finds her two hearts and discovers who behind the destruction of the whole world.
You will not be at all disappointed upon the reading of this tale. David Crane writing is smooth and transitional and you can get pulled into the story within the first chapter and you really want to find the answers that Tanya is seeking. The dynamic characters such as Tanya, Jack, General Pierce, President White, and Mike allow you to relate to the storyline and the overwhelming victories and failures in human nature and how the end of the world can show what humans are truly capable of. You will cry, laugh and shout throughout and hope that the ending leads to the good guys winning and all your questions being answered. This is a book for most ages from teens to adults just because of the complex issues that Mr. Crane covers. I do think this is a fictional tale that should be read not just because of the enjoyment of the read but because he covers a big range of topics from Nuclear War, Survivalist Movement, Scientific Experimentation and Geo-Politics.
