Dr. Kinry that all people have feelings of stress, fear and anxiety at times in there lives and that how we deal with those feelings is where problems and professional help is needed. He also states that feeling those things is natural to a point and does not necessarily mean that you have a disorder and that a disorder is a separate thing altogether. He takes the time and effort to break down a list of herbal supplements, vitamin supplements and non-pharmacological treatments that can help to gain understanding and coping with the feelings that overwhelm you. I found the book informative and helpful and I am already recommending it to several people who actively suffer from anxiety disorders. The section on meditation was very informative and helpful to understand it is nothing like the movies and it is more than that and when done properly can improve your quality of life whether you suffer from anxiety, stress, and fear or not. I think everyone should take the time to read this two hundred and thirty-eight-page book because it does more than just give you information on anxiety and fears it can change your quality of life.
